The ATI Group includes our parent company Australian Technology Innovators Pty Ltd, LEAP Legal Software Pty Ltd, InfoTrack Group Pty Ltd and their subsidiaries, CNCNA Pty Ltd (trading as eCompanies), InfoTrack Limited (NZ), InfoTrack Group Limited (UK) and its subsidiaries, and LotSearch Pty Ltd. By applying to ALLIANCE FUEL Pty Ltd (‘ALLIANCE FUEL CARD’) for an ALLIANCE FUEL CARD account, the Customer (‘we’) will be providing personal information to ALLIANCE FUEL CARD. We acknowledge that this personal information, and any other personal information ALLIANCE FUEL CARD collects, or has collected about us (‘personal information’) will be used by ALLIANCE FUEL CARD to enable it to assess our application for an ALLIANCE FUEL CARD account, and if your application is approved, for the subsequent administration of the ALLIANCE FUEL CARD account. We consent to ALLIANCE FUEL CARD using and disclosing our personal information for this purpose and acknowledge that without this information ALLIANCE FUEL CARD may be unable to process or accept our application or administer the ALLIANCE FUEL CARD account.
